Wednesday-Land Development Prevention
8 am: breakfast open till 9:30
10 am: Take a hike through the desert on official trails while learning and seeing the effects of soil compaction on saguaro cacti
1 pm: Go to Ramona Farms and learn about native Pima tepary beans and then have an authentic Pima meal on the farm
2 pm: Go to town hall and debate the development of border patrol facilities
5 pm: Have dinner at a Pima food stand featured on the Cooking Channel's show, Eden Eats.
6:30 pm: return to the hotel

3 pm: Give a presentation to Border Patrol employees on ways to avoid soil compaction in their daily patrols
5 pm: Take a hike around the Border patrol road/trails
7 pm: Eat at Ramona Farms
8 pm: Return to the Inn
